A popular and attractive gravel due to the warm blend of colours and angular appearance. Golden gravel (or gold corn gravel as it is also known) is a flint shingle which is a very hard-wearing decorative aggregate, which means it is extremely versatile and can be used in a variety of projects such as borders, rockeries, water features and ponds.
It is most suited for use on paths and driveways due to the density of the material, and the size of these chippings which are less likely to stick in tyre treads. This product can darken slightly when wet. The first photograph is of wet golden gravel and the second is dry gravel.
